"This is a wonderful thing. I have post polio and I sit in the evenings and roll my feet and it makes my legs tingle. There is no motor so you can just go at your own pace. It tends to slip on our carpet, so I sewed a piece of that non-skid mesh under it. This is extremely well made and solid, the rollers are substantial and I think I shall use it for many years.
